So it's true. Blogspot is blocked in one spot on this globe. Hence the lack of blogging. And now this going to be a quickie because I have to get some letters and things printed out before the generator goes off here in Jb. I got back last night, to a house coated in dust (seriously, I don't think I've ever seen that much dust in my house!), 39C at 4:45pm and no electricity. Welcome home, methinks! All the more reason to wonder why on earth did I come back here!? But Zane gave me a very nice welcome, R brought lovely grilled chicken from the corner for dinner, and the generator gave me enough power to get a load of laundry done. So all is not bad with the world.
My next trip to Uganda has been postponed for a few days. Instead of leaving today, we're now leaving on Wednesday. I'm driving one of our trucks with R and some of his stuff (the truck needs to go get some mechanical work done in Uganda, so I'm tagging along for the adventure!). His stuff is still at the airport somewhere, so we're waiting for that to arrive before we take off. But I have a date with Grace and her kidlets on Friday in Uganda for a big adventure, so gotta take off from here on Wednesday in order to make it there in time!
Right, I almost forgot, I have to print some stuff before the generator goes off. More later :)
