Small, small world
This evening, the neighbor (the same one who fashions BBQ grills out of fuel drums) had a friend over to play frisbee golf. I was invited along to play... turns out the friend is a guy who works for the UN. I've met him before... in Asmara! I probably met 3 UN people the whole time I was in Eritrea. And I've met maybe 5 of them here. And one of them happens to be the same person. Crazy small world.

we miss people like that. about as many africans and former ER UN folks running around here as you might think.
Yup! You were right in who it was. It was great to see him. He's based in Rome now... so he still gets to drink wonderful cappuccino :( It does amaze me who pops in and out of our lives in various countries!
